Contract position, hybrid remote(2x per week onsite) based in Dublin City Center. My client is a leading global in Healthcare & Insurance area and needs a talented and experienced Change Manager with a healthcare background to join them on a contract basis.
As a Change Manager, preferrable with a Healthcare background(Clinical, Hospitals, Health Systems). Creating and managing project plans and driving progress awareness with my client and client leadership.
Designing and shaping the approach to deliver the client’s strategic vision for their business and people agenda.
Developing and utilizing industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
Collaborating with my client and client teams to co-create client solutions, driving progress via workshops.
Understanding client key strategic/operational issues and structuring the problem in order to develop and implement possible solutions....
