Job Description

Your Responsibilities  
You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, ensuring compliance with global processes 
You coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings 
You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, while ensuring quality, traceability, and reporting on progress 
You plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements 
You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision-making (including “Make or Buy”), cost reduction, and standardization initiatives 
You contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement 
You apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
