Change Management III

Position Summary
Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies. We are seeking the addition of an experienced Healthcare Change Management III to lead the planning and execution of change management activities across multiple implementations. This role supports multidisciplinary teams focused on enabling adoption, readiness, and successful outcomes for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Drive successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, tools, and policies by designing and executing change management strategies that maximize user engagement

+ Support change initiatives by conducting assessment of current-state user workflows, practices, and policy compliance; change impacts; and implementation activities
