Change Management Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, with a primary focus on Change Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, assessing change risks, tracking trends, and driving process improvements to ensure smooth IT operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Change Management process, ensuring all changes are properly assessed, approved, and documented.
• Facilitate and engage in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, presenting change requests and associated risk assessments.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and other metrics to evaluate change performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements in change processes.
