Job Description



Pay/Schedule: $ - $/hr / Monday to Friday - (Fully onsite to start; potential hybrid flexibility at manager discretion)

We are seeking a Change Coordinator to manage Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) from initiation through approval and implementation. This role focuses on change management and project coordination, ensuring accurate engineering data and clear communication across cross-functional teams. This is not a design role.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage ECRs end to end using PLM systems (Windchill preferred)
  • Lead weekly change meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams
  • Maintain engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation
  • Follow up on projects and products on the factory floor as needed (up to x per week; PPE required)
