:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Change Control Manager to join our team in Riyadh! In this role, you will own the end-to-end change control process—leading contractual and commercial impact assessments, securing approvals, and integrating approved changes into project baselines to protect schedule, cost, and value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Establish and govern change control procedures, workflows, and approval matrices aligned with contract requirements.
Lead change intake/triage and maintain the change register, trends, substantiation, and full audit trail.
Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and commercial.
Prepare decision-ready change packages and present to the Change Control Board/client for approval.
