Change Analyst

Talent International is searching for an experienced Change Analyst to join our client, a large government agency. This role is based in Brisbane CBD on a contract basis until June 2024.

About the role:
You will be joining an established project change management team in a dynamic and high-profile environment. As part of the project team you will be working with leadership teams, operational business units, frontline staff, and subject matter experts to deliver an upgrade to our client's core information management system. The upgrade can be classified as a 1-in-10-year upgrade that will introduce significant technology upgrades as well as an improved user experience. Along with the technical development and testing of the upgraded product, a comprehensive change and communication program is needed to ensure successful business transformation across the state.
