Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Change and Transformation team at Mercer. This is a Melbourne or Sydney based role. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Change Analyst - contract
The role of the Change Analyst is to support the planning and execution of change management activities for projects. The role ensures changes are successfully implemented by analysing business impacts, supporting stakeholder engagement, supporting communication, training, readiness and reporting activities. 
12-month fixed term contract
We will count on you to:
Assist in stakeholder identification, and development and maintenance of stakeholder management plans to ensure appropriate engagement.
Support planning and scheduling of change impact assessment workshops. Document and analyse outcomes.
