Key Responsibilities / 主要職責
Monitor and operate HVAC systems for semiconductor cleanrooms and facility areas to ensure stable environmental conditions for production, including Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Recirculation Air, Exhaust, CDA (Clean Dry Air), PV (Process Vacuum), and General HVAC systems.
監控並操作半導體無塵室及廠務區域的空調系統，確保生產環境穩定，涵蓋冷凍水、熱水、新風、循環風、排氣、CDA（潔淨乾燥空氣）、PV（製程真空）及一般空調系統。
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment such as AHUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems.
執行空調設備的例行檢查、預防保養及故障排除，包含空調箱、冰水機、泵浦、冷卻水塔及控制系統。
