The following vacancy exists in Goshen Community Schools for the school year: Chamberlain Elementary Once Literacy Paraprofessional Position Purpose Once Literacy para‐professional will be responsible for delivering one‐on‐one, daily, scripted reading instruction to kindergarten students. The Once Literacy para‐professional will participate in weekly live coaching to support instructional quality and instructor development. Essential Functions Participate in onboarding training sessions before the start of tutoring, and engage in regular, weekly coaching sessions to continue to develop tutoring skills. Begin work punctually and follow tutoring schedules efficiently. Tutor each of the assigned students each school day. Maintain strong relationships with the students, classroom teachers, and school leaders by behaving, communicating, and dressing professionally.
