Training Centre Operations at CAE supports training excellence across Civil Aviation and Defense & Security. In this role, the CH147F Aircrew Training Specialist provides technical, flight, and operational expertise as part of verification and validation activities or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting training solutions and courseware development for the CH147F Chinook Aircrew training program.
The position is part of the Training Services team supporting and located within 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron (THS) at Garrison Petawawa, Ontario, and contributes to the readiness and effectiveness of Royal Canadian Air Force aircrew.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Develop training solutions for the Training Systems program.
+ In collaboration with the Instructional System Designer, develop standardized exemplars for storyboards and lesson content.
