 & Requirements Who we are looking forMinimum 4 years of experience in Finance or management accounting roles. 
Ability to confidently navigate financials through the key controlling and finance reports (e.g.: BS, P&L, CF tables). 
Detailed understanding of the financial close, consolidation and reporting processes. 
Good understanding of the controlling or FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis at various levels (plant, product, customer). 
Proven experience in key accounting and finance processes. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging with senior management, or C-level stakeholders. 
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.
