A well-established nonprofit senior living organization in the Greater Baltimore/Washington area is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team.

The CFO will lead financial operations, drive long-term financial sustainability, and provide the insight and transparency necessary to support organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance functions.

+ Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board.

+ Oversee internal controls, financial systems, and asset management.
