Location: Lancashire

Salary: £180,000 – £210,000 (plus potential completion bonus)

Contract: Initial 9‑month contract to support a transaction.

Marks Sattin are recruiting a CFO to support a profitable energy business in Lancashire on a 9‑month contract to facilitate a transaction.

The successful candidate must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and have experience guiding a business through a successful transaction. They should possess strong commercial accounting skills, exposure to multi‑entity organisations, experience in the energy or regulated sector, and strong staff management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
