CFO

To manage the Finance & Accounts of all Group Companies. The role will provide strategic financial advice and will play a pivotal role in formulating future financial strategies. The CFO has to manage both Direct and Indirect Taxation, MIS, Forecasting, Budgeting, Bank Loans etc. The role will report to the Managing Director and will be based in Kanpur.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all Direct & Indirect Taxation for the Group.

2. Projections, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS Reports.

3. Managing Banking loans, relationships & debt facilities.

4. Develop and recommend to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that supports the long-term strategy of the Group.
