We are seeking a highly skilled CFD Engineering Manager to lead and grow a diverse, technically excellent CFD team supporting John Zink’s operations and customers across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia. This role requires deep technical expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics and a passion for coaching and developing high-performance teams aligned with Koch’s PBM culture.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the CFD engineering team distributed across multiple countries – currently Luxembourg and Mumbai.
Provide technical leadership in CFD methodologies, simulation strategy, and validation to support project execution and product development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Process Engineering and Sales to deliver customer-focused CFD solutions.
