This role is essential to delivering safe, efficient surgical care by assisting surgeons and perioperative staff before, during, and after procedures. As a Scrub Technician, youll help maintain sterile technique, ensure surgical readiness, and anticipate the needs of the surgical teamplaying a critical role in patient safety and positive surgical outcomes.
