Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day unit operations and staffing
* Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
* Collaborate with physicians and leadership on patient care
* Manage budgets, hiring, and staff development
* Drive quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Active California RN license & BLS certification
* 5+ years of nursing leadership experience
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, Nurse Practice Act
