Job Description

                A Level III Trauma Center in Vermont  is seeking an experienced CRNA  for locum tenens coverage  in a medically supervised anesthesia care team model .
Position Details   Profession:  CRNA 
 Practice Model:  Medical Supervision (approx. 60% ) 
 Daily Model:  3 CRNAs + 2 Anesthesiologists 
 Start Date:  ASAP 
 Assignment Length:  Ongoing (dates listed below) 
 Shift:  Day shift 
 Hours:  7:00 AM 3:00 PM 
 Late Room:  7:00 AM 5:00 PM 
 Call:  Approx. 1 night per week  Call hours: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM 
 30-minute response time  
 
 Guaranteed Pay:  8 hours/day , OT after 8 hours 
 EMR:  Medaxion 
 Facility Details   ORs:  5
