Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking CRNA's to join our team in several outpatient Plastic Surgery Centers within the Encinitas area.
Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
* Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
* Administer general anesthesia, deep sedation, and MAC as appropriate
* Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recovery
* Ensure safe discharge criteria are met
* Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and support staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
* Procedures include but not limited to:
Aesthetics, breast lifts, LIPO, face lifts, nose jobs and tummy tucks
Qualifications:
* Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
* Active California CRNA license
* Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferred
* Outpatient, ASC, or cosmetic anesthesia experience strongly preferred
