We at Ebullient Securities are seeking a highly skilled CA and CPA professional with strong hands-on experience in US Taxation to support and scale our global operations.

This is a strategic finance role ideal for someone who understands cross-border taxation, regulatory frameworks, and US compliance structures within financial services/trading environments.

🔎 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:

🔹 Qualified CA (India) + CPA (US) – Mandatory

🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Taxation

🔹 Strong exposure to Federal & State Tax Compliance

🔹 Experience with Form 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472, 1040NR (as applicable)

🔹 Understanding of Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border Structuring

🔹 Knowledge of DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements)

🔹 Experience handling US GAAP reporting & IRS compliance

🔹 Exposure to financial services/trading industry is preferred
