Job Description
Assume a key role as a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) supporting the CEO with financial and operational excellence. Engage in compliance, tax preparation, and training within a bilingual context.
This position requires you to manage tax preparations for both corporate and individual clients, review accounting procedures for quality, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will directly interact with the CEO, providing insights and solutions to accounting challenges. Your bilingual capabilities will facilitate effective communication across client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file corporate T2 and personal T1 tax returns
• Review and maintain quality in accounting files
• Lead and train interns and accounting staff
• Provide compliance expertise on financial documentation
• Propose initiatives for process improvements
