Document and report patient information clearly and concisely via electronic medical record.
Demonstrate a consistent level of performance irrespective of changes in workload.
Report observations regarding patient’s welfare or condition to appropriate nurses and care providers.
Recognize emergency situations and report to appropriate staff.
