Certified Nursing Assistant ( LTC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The CNA will provide essential care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.



Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting

Monitor patient condition and report any changes to nursing staff

Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to deliver quality patient care



Requirements:

Active CNA Certification

Experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
