**Position Details**

+ **Schedule:** Part-time, 14 hours per week **Shift:** Evenings **Hours:** 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 days one week, 4 days the next
+ **Weekend Rotation** : Every other weekend
+ **Required Certification:** Wisconsin State-issued CNA Certification

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Ability to work independently with strong sense of autonomy
+ Previous CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
+ Flexibility and adaptability
+ Willingness to learn and follow patient care plans as directed by RN
+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
