+ **Hours:** Flexible start time between 6am-8am and end time 2pm-4pm
+ **Required Certification :** Wisconsin State-issued CNA Certification

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Ability to work independently with strong sense of autonomy
+ Previous CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
+ Flexibility and adaptability
+ Willingness to learn and follow patient care plans as directed by RN
+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
