+ Environment: Skilled Long-Term Care

+ Location: Polk City, Iowa

+ Hours: 6:00PM-6:30AM or 6:00AM-6:30PM (3 shifts/week) rotating holidays & every 3rd weekend required

+ Nurses 1:10 ratio all shifts, CNAS 1:5 Days & 1:10 nights
