Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Homecare Private Duty

**JOB PURPOSE:**

**As part of PruittHealth’s (PH) top initiatives, a new division of Personal Care Services (PCS), PH Family First, is being piloted metro Atlanta market. PH Family First is looking to hire a CNA to join a winning team, to assist the patient and caregiver with personal hygiene needs to increase the level of comfort to the patient.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**• Provide optimal comfort care, dignity and privacy for the patient**

**• Obtain vital signs of patient(s) assigned**

**• Follow procedures for handling medical emergencies or other incidents that affect the delivery of services**

**• Report patient progress and problems to supervisory personnel**

**• Observe and report any changes in condition, including skin integrity**

**• Provide comfort care, companion, shopping/errands, meal prepping and related tasks, housekeeping, appointment scheduling, medication reminders services**
