Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health Telehealth Assistant

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports the home health therapy team by assisting with telehealth physical therapy visits in patients' homes. This role serves as the in-home support person for the remote therapist by helping facilitate virtual visits, obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting patients with technology set-up, and providing camera guidance during home safety and mobility assessments. The CNA helps ensure efficient, high-quality patient care while promoting patient safety and comfort in the home setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes as scheduled to assist with telehealth therapy visits

• Set up and connect telehealth equipment (tablet, phone, laptop, hotspot, etc.) for virtual therapy appointments
