+ Join our team as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - we welcome both new graduates and experienced midwives to apply
+ Flexible midwife schedule combining 24-hour call shifts (Labor & Delivery and rounding at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital) with outpatient clinic hours
+ Provide full-scope midwifery care across the lifespan, specializing in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and reproductive health services
+ Practice with a high level of autonomy - midwives take first call for deliveries, with physicians as second call for consultation and support
+ Participate in a rewarding L&D program, with the team averaging 30-35 deliveries per month, including access to physician backup for c-sections and high-risk obstetrics cases
