Certified Medication Aide (KMA / CMA)

Must have CNA license and KMA certification for consideration. Works under the direction of a nurse in the long term care setting to administer medications to the residents per the physician's order.

Job Summary: Work with physicians, implementing orders for medications, treatments and special tests. Supervise LPNs, LVNs and CNAs, providing them support in order that they may provide total nursing care for residents.
