**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians: Takes vital signs, records medical history/symptoms, patient progress, physical exam, and any special tests as deemed appropriate by Provider.
+ At the direction of the Provider: Performs patient education, calls in pharmacy refills, assists with appointments, or arranges follow-up tests or admissions.
+ Completes appropriate forms and referrals.
