Job Description

Job Title: Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Maywood, NJ 07607
Duration: 6+ months (possible contract to hire)
 Shift: 40-hour work week; shifts vary – 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 
one 12:00 PM–8:00 PM closing shift, and every other Sat (Mon–Fri with every other Sat)
Job Responsibilities
As a CMA, you will provide direct and indirect patient care through clinical and telephone interactions, following established standards, policies, and clinical protocols.
You will collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
Minimum education requirement: High School/GED or equivalent.
Must have CMA certification and experience.
Must hold a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from a nationally recognized certifying body such as AAMA or AMA.
