Ceramic Core Engineering Technician

An opportunity has arisen within the Engineering department for a Ceramic Core, Engineering Technician, reporting to the Core Technical Manager. As the business grows and the department expands, this position is key to executing the engineering activities in the department and providing technical support to manufacturing. This role operates on a swing shift 6-2/2-10



Purpose:

+ Support the activities of the Senior Engineers and departmental Process Owner

+ Ensure the process area is in control and sustainable to allow Process and Product Engineers to design their processes efficiently and consistently, confident that the outcome will be the same today as it was yesterday.

+ Ensure the process area is always evolving in a state of continuous improvement to allow Process and Product Engineers to meet the challenges of the customers advanced designs and market differentiation.
