We are a diversified agricultural group operating in crop protection, plant nutrition and specialty chemicals manufacturing. Our organization is at a growth stage where effective strategy execution is critical to business success.

This role is a partnership with the CEO on business-critical priorities, evaluating expansion opportunities, identifying operational inefficiencies, managing legal and regulatory issues, coordinating transformation initiatives and ensuring accountability across the organization. You'll be involved in decisions about market entry, business restructuring, stakeholder management and strategic issues.

This is not an administrative role . It's operational strategy support with business development and field-level components.
