Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading and managing the Shared Services Company that provides centralized professional services to a diversified Group of 25+ companies operating primarily in the ICT sector. The Shared Services Company supports group entities across South Africa, Namibia, and Eswatini, with a strong focus on business activities within the municipal and public sector environment. The CEO will drive operational excellence, governance, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, transformation initiatives, and strategic support to group businesses through the efficient delivery of Accounting, Legal, Compliance and BBBEE services.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate qualification (MBA, CA(SA), LLB, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 10–15 years senior executive leadership experience. Proven experience leading shared services, multi-entity oper...
