About the role
We are seeking a capable and driven leader who is passionate about delivering safe, high quality services and developing high performing teams.
In this role, you will lead and support a team of Centre Supervisors, ensuring operational excellence, strong safety practices and exceptional customer service across our facilities.
Reporting to the Safety and Supervision Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining service standards, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Team Leadership: Train, mentor and provide clear leadership to the Centre Supervisor team in line with organisational policies, procedures and industry guidelines. Foster a positive team culture and support ongoing staff development.
