Our client is a high-tech firm and they are now looking for a potential incumbent to join their global expansion team.
Ensure the daily operations of International Data Centre (“IDC”) are running smoothly with high performance, including but not limited to help desk, networking, cross-connects, remote hand services as well as valued-added services such as managed routers, firewalls and DNS, etc. Oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of IDC services as well as ensure the quality and output of services delivery. Provide professional advices to enhance the IDC facilities and services and ensure its technology are up-to-trend and competitive in the market. Ensure the compliance of all procedures that carried out in IDC with Corporate and International standard.
