Centre Manager

About the Role
 
We are seeking a hands-on, motivated and commercially astute Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a well-established retail centre on a 12-month contract. This role requires a well-rounded property professional with strong experience across all aspects of retail centre management.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the centre’s operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning and reporting
• Oversee lease administration, tenant billing, arrears management and debt recovery
• Partner with leasing teams on strategy and asset planning, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance asset value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, retailers and community stakeholders
