This position suits an experienced retail property professional who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering excellence across all facets of centre management.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property management ensuring the centre operates to the highest professional standards.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting and financial documentation. 
• Monitor centre performance, control operating costs, and maintain accurate tenancy schedules.
• Assist with leasing activity, documentation preparation, retail mix strategy and assignment of lease processes.
