Responsibilities

As a Centre Manager at Learning Curve Group, you will lead your team to outstanding results and drive excellence in teaching and learning. Your key duties include:

• Leadership & Management
  • Take the lead on all centre administration as per the Operational Excellence Framework (OEF).
  • Manage weekly returns: ICT, registers, bursary, programme, asset returns, TAM, staff recruitment, welfare, Facebook, MD memo, quality, FCA System.
• Teaching & Learning
  • Ensure you and your staff keep subject knowledge up to date and lessons are challenging.
