Job Overview : 
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and child-friendly Centre Head to independently manage the day-to-day operations of a learning centre. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong administrative and leadership skills, capable of managing staff, coordinating centre activities, and ensuring a positive learning environment for children. As the Centre Head will work independently, the role requires confidence in decision-making and overall centre management.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage the daily operations of the learning centre independently.
Supervise, guide, and monitor staff performance.

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly environment.

Ensure smooth coordination of centre activities and schedules.

Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.

Handle emails, maintain administrative records, and use MS Office for reporting.
