We value your leadership, and our package shows it:

• Base Salary: $98,397 – $100,639

• Director’s Allowance: 10.25% (on top of your base hourly wage)

• Remote Allowance: Up to $10,023/yr ($5.14 p/h)

• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (Paid upfront!)

• Retention Bonus: $10,000 (Paid over your first 12 months)

• Superannuation: 12%
