Central Production Retail & Catering Coordinator

**Job Description**

**Position Summary**

The Central Production Retail & Catering Coordinator supports the catering operations within Residential Dining Services and plays a key customer‑facing role for retail and catering inquiries, event logistics, and service execution. This position communicates with clients via email, phone, and in person; generates invoices; processes payments; and helps coordinate menu management, point-of-sale systems, HACCP documentation, and conference services. The Coordinator oversees student staff, assists with sustainability initiatives, supports training and development, and recommends updates to operating procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality retail and catering services across the Central Production Kitchen.
