Responsibilities
Assists with Base Operations functions. Assists in coordinating Return to Work and Work Injury program. Assists in coordinating partner functions. Assists in coordinating all HEB related projects such as scholarships, benefit classes, and on-the-job training. Assists in screening applicants, interviews, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions. Assists in keeping records of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations. Assists in preparing reports, recommends and coordinates procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Assists directors and managers with clerical support as needed.
Job Summary: Plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.
