Responsibilities

Job Summary: Plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Assists with Base Operations functions.
  • Assists in coordinating Return to Work and Work Injury program.
  • Assists in coordinating partner functions.
  • Assists in coordinating all HEB related projects such as scholarships, benefit classes, and on-the-job training.
  • Assists in screening applicants, interviews, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Assists in keeping records of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Assists in preparing reports, recommends and coordinates procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Assists directors and managers with clerical support as needed.
