RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be forecasting demand.

• Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0‑24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on where to focus to make a difference.
• Evaluate and adjust the parameters of the system generation of forecasts (i.e., multilevel disaggregation and predictive analytics model ownership).
• Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception based planning; ensuring the system ‘alerts’ are set up correctly.
• Drive for execution, review forecast from a higher level and build the full picture. Ensuring a balanced and honest volume outlook for the region.
