Overview

A private bank based in Geneva is currently seeking a Central File Specialist / Client Documentation Specialist to join its central file team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and compliance of client documentation and processes within the bank. It offers an opportunity to work in close coordination with various departments including Wealth Management, Legal, Compliance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating client documentation related to changes in circumstances and account closures
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations (CDB20, CRS, FATCA/QI) and internal procedures
• Conducting internal 4-eyes controls and ensuring consistency of client data across all systems
• Coordinating with other departments to provide accurate and timely feedback and support
