Summary About the position: This position is located at the NAF Accounting Office. This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to perform cash management and accountability duties. Maintains compliance with official regulations and local operation instructions pertaining to cash management and accountability. Accepts daily deposits and acknowledges receipt. Deposits daily cash and receipts with banking institute and U.S. Treasury Program. Performs reconciliation, balancing, and auditing of receipts for a moderate number of categories. Examines, verifies, and analyzes a variety of documents to determine their mathematical correctness, validity, and clerical accuracy. Accurately prepares daily worksheets.
