 Job Summary:
 Assist in the Crush Season by providing support to the Winemaking/Cellar departments.
 Essential Functions:

 Assist cellar operators in various processing operations.
 Additions to must, juice, and wine
 Sanitize all winery equipment and upkeep cleanliness of cellar
 Operate harvest equipment
 Shovel pomace from tanks
 Pull hoses and setting up pumps
 Barrel filling and emptying
 Follow Food Safety Policies
 Other Functions:
 Miscellaneous duties as assigned
 Qualifications:
 Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
