Overview

Position: CDS Business Support and Development Officer. The CDS Business Support and Development Team manages day‑to‑day operational administrative aspects in collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team. The role maintains internal guides, supports stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system, performs LEI applications and renewals, and manages form‑related master data.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt internal work instructions for handling all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with relevant specialist departments: Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department.
• Support the Client Documentation team regarding bank forms and their handling/processes.
• Conduct clarifications with Legal & Compliance and other specialist departments.
• Publish or adapt guidelines and procedures in the internal Team Net, commissioning new or existing guidelines.
